Acupuncture is unlike western medicine in that in order to get results for medical issues, people need to commit to several sessions which is why we created a space for people to come and receive the care they need at an affordable price.
Here are some common questions we get regarding the difference in types of services
What is the difference between a group room treatment and a private room treatment?
Group room treatments are in a group setting of 4 to 8 people in 0 gravity chairs. These treatments tend to be more focused on a specific problem area and only use the extremities to treat a problem. The person is fully clothed during the treatment, therefore access to the points is based on how the person is dressed when they arrive since the assessment and acupuncture is done in a room with other people also getting treated at the same time.
Private room treatments are for more complicated cases and are recommended for certain issues especially neck and back pain issues because we have the use of a table where we can access the torso in addition to distal points on the extremities.
