Acupuncture and Massage in Indialantic
New patients require a longer appointment initially. So the Doctor will spend more time getting to know you and the condition(s) you're here to see them about. This is a full service appointment and may include massage, e-stem (via Avazzia), cupping, and/or gua sha.
This a private rooms session and reserved for clients who need very detailed and in depth treatments that the group sessions can not provide. Sessions may include the same therapies listed for the new patient with intake.
This is a service held in our group room and is aimed to compliment a patient's treatment plan when a tighter budget or less in depth therapy is needed. This service is only allowed after an initial intake process due to the fact that it does not allow for a thorough examination of the patient.
We try to make our services affordable by taking insurance and offering packages which make each session range in price from $25 to $130 depending on what your medical issues entail.
Acupuncture is unlike western medicine in that in order to get results for medical issues, people need to commit to several sessions which is why we created a space for people to come and receive the care they need at an affordable price.
Here are some common questions we get regarding the difference in types of services
What is the difference between a group room treatment and a private room treatment?
Group room treatments are in a group setting of 4 to 8 people in 0 gravity chairs. These treatments tend to be more focused on a specific problem area and only use the extremities to treat a problem. The person is fully clothed during the treatment, therefore access to the points is based on how the person is dressed when they arrive since the assessment and acupuncture is done in a room with other people also getting treated at the same time.
Private room treatments are for more complicated cases and are recommended for certain issues especially neck and back pain issues because we have the use of a table where we can access the torso in addition to distal points on the extremities.
